出痧 - 第一次真正油壓按摩
最近感到肩頸不適, 游泳的自由式都好僵硬, 運動會館的朋友提供了 指壓的地方, 弄了近 2.5 小時出來, 肩背出瘀處甚多, 顏色也深, 真的累積太久了, 難怪到了晚上, 我都感覺處在感冒邊緣, 呼吸道不適~
晚上去游泳時, 果真明顯放鬆, 自由式的動作進步許多. 放鬆真的很重要 ~

However, you have to learn to relax yourself when you need it!
Although we do sports in order to relax, we are always aiming at being perfect in what we are doing! You want to be perfect in your swimming style and in the endurance (1000 meter without a stop, right?)
So, in between we have to come down, relax and then everything seems to be so easy! We have to learn not to put too much pressure on ourselves.
