週六傍晚, 小睡一下, 結果晚上就睡不著了,
於是半夜, 就乾脆爬起來寫週一要討論的報告. 結果, 到快凌晨4:00 才慢慢有睡意, 又睡眠不足地趕去上 週日 10:00am 的 Body Combat 與 12:20pm 最最喜歡的 Body Pump.
這次的二種課程, 下半身動作有夠多, 很佩服都可以設計出來這麼累人的動作. 但是, 流汗的感覺真好!!
